📌 POLICY – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ENGLISH VERSION 🔒 ALL RESERVATIONS A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final service balance. ❌ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable – no exceptions. • To reschedule, you must book a new appointment through the booking calendar. • You may reschedule once. If you cancel again, your deposit will be forfeited. • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will be charged 100% of the service total. • For same-day or next-day bookings: you have 4 hours to cancel, otherwise a 100% cancellation fee will apply. • Please stay in communication with your stylist to avoid issues. 💇‍♀️ HAIR PREP REQUIREMENTS Your hair must be clean, fully detangled, blow-dried, and free of any oils or products. • If you’d like me to wash and blow-dry your hair, please add that service when booking. • Hair must still arrive fully detangled if you’re adding a wash. 💰 PAYMENT METHODS Remaining balance is due on the day of service. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Debit/Credit Card, CashApp, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm. 🔁 STYLE CHANGES Please be certain of the style you want before booking. • Once booked, changes to your style are not allowed unless it results in a shorter time frame. • Last-minute changes will incur a $10–$15 fee. ✨ HAIR EXTENSIONS • Braiding hair is included – simply fill out the form to select your desired color. • Ponytail hair extensions are available for an additional fee if needed in advance. ⸻ 📌 POLÍTICA – LEA ANTES DE RESERVAR VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL 🔒 TODAS LAS RESERVACIONES Se requiere un depósito no reembolsable al momento de reservar. Este depósito se aplicará al balance final del servicio. ❌ CANCELACIONES Y CAMBIOS DE CITA • Los depósitos no son reembolsables ni transferibles – sin excepciones. • Para reprogramar, debe reservar nuevamente a través del calendario de citas. • Solo se permite una reprogramación. Si cancela nuevamente, perderá el depósito. • Las citas deben cancelarse o reprogramarse con al menos 48 horas de anticipación. • Si no se presenta o cancela tarde (menos de 48 horas), se le cobrará el 100% del servicio. • Para citas el mismo día o el día siguiente: tiene hasta 4 horas para cancelar, de lo contrario se cobrará el 100% del servicio. • Mantenga comunicación con la estilista para un mejor servicio. 💇‍♀️ PREPARACIÓN DEL CABELLO El cabello debe llegar lavado, completamente desenredado, secado con secador y libre de aceites o productos. • Si desea que le lave y seque el cabello, debe agregar ese servicio al reservar. • Aun si agrega el servicio, el cabello debe estar desenredado completamente al llegar. 💰 MÉTODOS DE PAGO El balance restante se paga el mismo día del servicio. Aceptamos: Efectivo, Apple Pay, Zelle, Tarjeta de débito o crédito, CashApp, Klarna, Afterpay y Affirm. 🔁 CAMBIOS DE ESTILO Asegúrese bien del estilo deseado antes de reservar. • Una vez reservado, no se permiten cambios, a menos que el nuevo estilo requiera menos tiempo. • Cambios de último minuto tendrán un cargo adicional de $10–$15. ✨ EXTENSIONES DE CABELLO • El cabello para trenzas está incluido – solo debe llenar el formulario indicando el color deseado. • Las extensiones de cola de caballo pueden ser provistas por un costo adicional si se solicitan por adelantado.
